That’s why I created the Interview Bootcamp to help you see what’s holding you back, build confidence, and walk into every interview ready. This three-part video series moves at your pace and gives you real, tested strategies that work.
After almost 20 years in public education, leading thousands of interviews and hiring hundreds of incredible educators, I know what stands out, and I’m here to help you bring that out in yourself.
And here is why I built this the way I did.
I spent years coaching educators through interviews while also leading as a full-time principal. I did it because I believed every great educator deserves a real shot at the job they were made for. With my schedule, I could only work with a few people each month, and even with a 98 percent hire rate, I knew this work was never about the price tag. It was about changing lives.
So I took everything I was doing privately and built it into something every educator could access. This Bootcamp gives you the same strategy, preparation, and coaching my one-on-one clients received, but in a format that fits your life, your budget, and your confidence level.
